These Terms govern your use of the Legacy Refactor platform and services. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Service Description

Legacy Refactor provides automated modernization of legacy software systems. The service delivers translated source code, generated tests, and migration artifacts subject to mandatory validation requirements.

Verification Requirement

Delivery is contingent upon achieving a 100% test pass-rate. If validation does not succeed, delivery does not occur.

Customer Responsibilities

You represent that you have the right to submit the source code provided
You are responsible for retaining delivered artifacts after download
You are responsible for evaluating suitability for your environment

Pricing and Payment

Pricing is usage-based and calculated per line of legacy source code. Payment is required prior to execution. All payments are processed by Stripe.

No Warranties

The service is provided on an “as-is” basis. Legacy Refactor makes no warranties beyond the stated validation criteria.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Legacy Refactor shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Intellectual Property

Customers retain ownership of their original source code and delivered artifacts. Legacy Refactor retains ownership of its platform, pipelines, and tooling.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for misuse or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States.
